Story Sharing and Wellbeing – An Exploratory Study

Research has shown that sharing one's stories can improve health and wellbeing. Through this study, we want to discover more about how this happens.

Potential benefits of being involved in the study include better health for you, and more understanding about how other groups can become healthier in this way.

Participation

If you decide to join the study, you will be asked to;

  • Meet three times over three weeks with another student, to share student and life experiences, either online or in person (as chosen by you).

  • Join an online interview with the researcher about the experience.

·    Total time involved is around 3 hours and 45 minutes.

    Your decision to participate in this research is voluntary.
